Background The USAF is seeking to notify the industry of its intent for contract action regarding the lease of bathroom trailers. This sources sought notice is intended for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. The agency aims to gather information on potential contractors and their capabilities related to the project. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1) Deliver and set up the restroom trailer by 26 September 2026 at BLDG 1319, 19100 Alert Drive, Beale AFB, CA. 2) Coordinate delivery with the Representative (COR) at least two weeks prior. 3) Ensure unimpeded access to the restroom trailer for the 9th Maintenance Group (MXG) during the lease period. 4) Submit a schedule of weekly cleaning services for approval fourteen business days prior to service. 5) Perform scheduled weekly waste tank services in compliance with AFOSH guidelines and other applicable regulations. 6) Commence initial waste tank services within seven days following trailer delivery and continue with subsequent services as required. 7) Notify the COR prior to commencing scheduled waste tank services. 8) Ensure verification of service completion by the COR upon job completion. 9) Ensure all waste professionals have proper licensing for handling and disposing of waste materials according to regulations. 10) Coordinate trailer pick-up/removal within 30 days after lease termination. 11) Maintain a clean work area and dispose of all debris properly.
