Research & Script Development: The script must accurately reflect NOAA/State of Alaska AOA processes and be technically sound, achieving 100% accuracy with no more than 2 rounds of minor revisions. 2. Visual Design & Animation: The visuals must be high-quality, professional, and consistent with NOAA branding, requiring approval from the Project Lead. 3. Timeliness of Deliverables: All deliverables must adhere to the established schedule, with the final film due within 4 months. 4. Professional Collaboration: The contractor must effectively coordinate with NOAA, State, and Alaska Native entities, ensuring positive feedback from key stakeholders. Surveillance methods include 100% inspections at critical milestones and periodic inspections at set intervals to monitor progress.
