Background The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) Categories, is issuing an amendment to the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract. This contract aims to provide government agencies with integrated solutions for various services-based requirements on a global scale, supporting the mission of enhancing operational efficiency across federal entities. The OASIS+ HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside RFP is designed to facilitate rolling admissions and allow existing awardees to compete for additional domains as government needs evolve. Work Details The OASIS+ HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside RFP encompasses multiple domains of service, including but not limited to: Management and Advisory, Technical and Engineering, Research and Development, Intelligence Services, Environmental Services, Facilities Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Human Capital, Financial Services, and Social Services. Each domain has specific eligibility criteria for contractors. The scope includes providing comprehensive solutions that may involve ancillary support across various disciplines using different contract types such as fixed price, cost reimbursement, or time and materials. Offerors are required to submit proposals through the OASIS+ Symphony Portal (OSP) and must acknowledge Amendment 0008 in their submissions. The solicitation allows for continuous open solicitations to support on-ramping of new contractors as needed. Period of Performance The period of performance for the OASIS+ contracts will vary based on the volume of proposals received and resource availability; there is no fixed timeline for awards. Place of Performance The contract will be performed globally as required by task orders issued under the OASIS+ framework.
Current: Posted: May 12, 2026, 5:35 p.m. EDT May 12, 2026: The U.S. General Services Administration's Office of Acquisition Solutions Development (ASD) is pleased to announce the first Phase II apparent awardee notifications for the OASIS+ Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business Set-Aside. A consolidated list of Phase II apparent awardees for all OASIS+ contract families may be accessed on the OASIS+ Solicitations (Continuously Open) Website (see Links section within this SAM.gov posting). This list will be updated with additional apparent awardees as award announcements continue to be made. Award notifications have been sent via email to offerors who have been determined successful in one or more proposed domains. Apparent awardees are reminded to ensure that their SAM.gov entity information is active, accurate, and complete at all times. The program plans to issue formal awards and notices to proceed (NTPs) to the qualified contractors on or about May 22, 2026 after final legal reviews occur. The newly awarded contracts will be available for ordering in GSA eBuy one business day following the issuance of formal awards and NTPs and upon contractor registration within the Vendor Support Center (VSC), whichever is later. Contract awardees must register their contracts in VSC before they will be visible in eBuy and available for procurement. Should GSA determine a need to close any domain or solicitation vehicle, the agency will provide public notification. Offerors are permitted to submit a single proposal for multiple domains under a single solicitation. There is no fixed timeline for award; timelines will vary based on the volume of proposals received and are subject to resource availability. Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov. All proposals must be submitted through the OASIS+ Symphony Portal (OSP). The OSP is open for registration and submission of offers as of January 12, 2026.
