Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. A W-9 form must be included if newly registered. The contractor must also comply with E-Verify provisions as per LA R.S.23:995.
