Covert Video Surveillance Concealment Cameras

Background

The Illinois State Police is seeking to procure covert video surveillance concealment cameras to enhance their operational capabilities. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality surveillance equipment that meets specific technical requirements for law enforcement purposes.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide covert video surveillance concealment cameras with the following specifications: - A weather-resistant enclosure in black or gray, sized to house a PTZ camera and associated components, not exceeding 7.5" W x 9.5" H x 6" D. - Direct printed window concealment (no vinyl stickers). - Integrated Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile 5G Microhard modem/router. - Integrated low-light PTZ IP camera with: - 1/2.8 type CMOS sensor, - 20x optical zoom, - Minimum 16x digital zoom with autofocus, - Field of view of at least 60 degrees on wide angle and 3.3 degrees when zoomed in, - Minimum resolution of 1920x1080, - Autofocus capability, - Capable of at least 60 frames per second, - Minimum .02 lux/lx in color mode and .003 lux in black and white mode without IR illumination, - ONVIF capable and POE capable. - Built-in ventilation required. - Stability equipped metal mounting bracket with set screws for adjustments at top and bottom. - Two rugged metal power connector leads per camera. - At least one front viewing window; options with both front and side view windows preferred. - Weight shall not exceed 9 lbs. - No fee stand-alone remote cellular connected telemetry and relay control required. - Each camera must come with a rugged hard plastic protective case for storage and transport. Shipping is required within 30 days of the order date.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed within a timeframe that allows for the delivery of products within 30 days from the date of order.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Illinois State Police at their office located at 801 S. 7th – Suite 300N, Springfield, IL 62703.

Bidder Requirements

The awarded vendor must be a factory authorized dealer; third-party resellers will not be accepted.
