On-Call Construction Services for District Facilities

Work Requested

The Owner is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide on-call construction services for district facilities. The work will generally involve projects of a mechanical nature, which may include: - Rehabilitation or replacement of mechanical systems - Electrical modifications related to mechanical systems - Structural modifications of supports and systems No specific scope of work is defined at this time. All work will be assigned and must be completed according to Specifications that will be issued on a Task Order basis. The amount of work is not guaranteed under this Contract. Who is Requesting: The solicitation is issued by the Owner for district facility projects.
