Medical Curtain Track System with Curtain

Background

Ozarks Technical Community College is seeking qualified offerors to submit bids for the procurement of a medical curtain track and privacy curtain system. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment for the Alliance for Healthcare Education facility, ensuring compliance with specified requirements and standards.

Work Details

The contractor will furnish and deliver a medical privacy curtain system that includes: - Ceiling-mounted curtain track with satin anodized finish or white color - Radius bends and custom fabricated sections as required - All mounting brackets, anchors, splice hardware, and suspension devices - End stops, carriers, hooks, and glides - Flexible track sections where required by layout - 93-inch high flame-resistant curtains meeting applicable NFPA requirements - Mesh tops at 20 inches - Reinforced hems and hook attachments - Products equal to the weight of Inpro bronze grade fabric. Preference will be given to products produced in the United States, and bidders must certify that all goods supplied are made or substantially assembled in U.S. facilities.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to commence upon receipt of an authorized purchase order from Ozarks Technical Community College and will be governed by the terms set forth in the contract.

Place of Performance

The items will need to be delivered to Ozarks Technical Community College located at 731 N Clay Ave, Springfield, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide documentation certifying that all goods are produced in the United States. Additionally, they must comply with insurance requirements including comprehensive general liability insurance with specific minimum limits. Bidders are also required to submit copies of applicable documents such as contracts and licenses. The College reserves the right to reject any bid not meeting these specifications.
