Parkplace Renewal and Support Maintenance

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for the ParkPlace Renewal and Support Maintenance. The goal of this contract is to establish a purchase order for supplying the State with specified items as outlined in the bid invitation.

Work Details

The contract involves providing support and maintenance for ParkPlace services, specifically including: 1. Unity 550F DPE 25SFF EMC Rack with serial numbers APM00192014185 and APM00182205692, including:

1 Unity DAE 25SFF

- 10 units of 1.92TB SSD SAS 12Gb/s 2.5in Disk - 25 units of 3.84TB SSD SAS 12Gb/s 2.5in Disk 2. Brocade 6510 SAN Switches with part numbers DS-6510R-B and serial numbers BRW4033P02E and BRW4033P02M, both featuring: - 48-port (24p Active) FC. The total cost will be calculated based on the quantities and prices provided in the bid.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract will start on June 30, 2026, and end on June 29, 2027.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award.
