Background

Morgan State University, located in Baltimore City, Maryland, is a historically Black institution designated as Maryland's Public Urban University. The contract for Hazmat Material and Removal Services aims to ensure safe management of hazardous materials on campus.

Work Details

The Contractor must provide services in the following categories: 1) Hazardous Waste Management and Laboratory Services; 2) Spill Response and Field Services; 3) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Reporting; 4) Consulting; 5) Training; 6) Administrative Support and Documentation. The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations regarding hazardous materials.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and will continue until all services are completed as specified in the contract documents.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed on the campus of Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be certified small businesses under the Small Business Reserve Procurement guidelines. They must also be registered on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) prior to receiving a contract award. Additionally, bidders must possess all necessary licenses to operate within the State of Maryland and maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage.
