Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the procurement of a trailer-mounted generator. The goal is to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified equipment in accordance with the requirements outlined in this bid invitation.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying one (1) trailer-mounted generator, specifically an Allmand Maxi Power 15XR Generator or equivalent. The generator must be diesel-powered with a capacity of 15 KW and meet the following specifications: - Minimum 24 horsepower liquid cooled diesel engine. - Equipped with 12 Volt electric start, heavy-duty battery (440 CCA minimum), fuel-water filter separator, low oil pressure/high engine temperature safety shutdowns, non-resettable hour meter, and spark arrest on muffler. - A minimum fuel tank capacity of 100 gallons. - Full load sound level at 65 dB or less. - Electrical system must include control panel with main and branch circuit breakers, weatherproof enclosure, and various outlets (2 x 20A GFCI, 2 x 30A twist lock, and 2 x 50A four-wire twist lock). - The trailer must be highway-ready with features including jack stands for leveling, DOT approved lighting, adjustable height hitch, and safety chains. - Enclosure must be heavy-duty steel construction with maintenance access on both sides. - Warranty for parts and labor must be a minimum of one year.

Period of Performance

Delivery of the generator is required within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
