Scope of Work

The contract involves roof renewal services for multiple buildings at Ohio State University. The work to be completed includes: - Replacement of SBS Modified Bitumen Roofs at the following buildings:

- Replacement of the PVC Membrane Roof at Independence Hall - Minor electrical and mechanical work necessary to facilitate the re-roofing process - Removal of an abandoned chiller as part of the project
