Blue Mountain Christian University (BMCU) is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) to solicit pricing from qualified Women-Owned and Minority-Owned Businesses (W/MBEs) for the furnishing of a new academic and training space. Work Details

The contract involves providing training and classroom furniture for a new academic and nursing training space at Blue Mountain Christian University. The estimated quantities include approximately 75 training tables and 150 chairs. The specific requirements are as follows: A. Training Tables: - Approximately 75 training tables with the following specifications: - Size: 24"D x 60"W - Flip-top and nesting capability - Locking casters suitable for institutional use - Durable laminate or equivalent commercial surface - Integrated or surface-mounted power (AC and/or USB) or optional add-alternate pricing - Modesty panels and/or cable management options (optional alternates acceptable) B. Training / Classroom Chairs: - Approximately 150 chairs with configurations including: - Nesting or stacking capability - Upholstered, mesh, or hybrid seating options - Arm or armless options - Designed for extended seated use in training/classroom environments C. Optional Services (Add-Alternates): Vendors may separately price the following services: - Delivery (inside delivery preferred) - Installation and setup - Power distribution systems (daisy chain or in-feed solutions) - Cable management accessories

Period of Performance

The quotations must be received no later than May 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time, with pricing valid for a minimum of 60 days from the submission deadline.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be certified Women-Owned or Minority-Owned Businesses (W/MBEs) or provide a self-attestation of their status. Quotations should include a statement of W/MBE status, detailed unit pricing, product specifications, lead times, warranty terms, delivery and installation pricing, and applicable cooperative contracts if available.
