The Town of Holliston Department of Public Works - Highway is seeking sealed bids for their Annual Roadway Preservation Program. The program aims to maintain and improve the town's roadway infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for residents. Cleaning and sealing of construction and random cracks in bituminous concrete pavements using a modified asphalt-fiber compound.
Application of a mixture of cationic polymer modified asphalt emulsion, mineral aggregate, and additives as directed by the Engineer.
Application of a light coating of rejuvenating asphalt emulsion containing a polymer to existing or newly constructed asphalt pavement.
The work is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2027, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The contractor must respond to work requests within two weeks of verbal notice.
The work will be performed throughout the Town of Holliston, Massachusetts.
Bidders must be prequalified by MassDOT under 720 CMR 5.00. They must provide comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with limits of at least $1 Million per occurrence and $3 Million annual aggregate for property damage.
