Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for Document and Media Shredding services at the Washington Aqueduct Division, which is located in three geographic locations: 6000 Mac Arthur Blvd (FRE), Bethesda, Maryland; 5900 Mac Arthur Blvd (DAL), NW; and 2500 1st Street (MCM), NW in the District of Columbia. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the secure destruction of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) that may contain personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive but unclassified information, adhering to guidelines set forth in AR 380-5 or DoD 5105.21-M-1. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Monthly service for lockable shred consoles at each location: 5 at FRE, 4 at DAL, and 1 at MCM. 2. Monthly service for lockable portable shred trash cans (94-96 gallon) at each location: one at each FRE, DAL, and MCM. 3. Annual service for media bins (94-96 gallon) and lockable portable shred trash cans specifically at FRE. 4. One-time shredding services including fuel recovery costs per 96-gallon bin. All shredding must be conducted in a manner that prevents any disclosure of sensitive information. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months with an estimated delivery date by May 14, 2027. Place of Performance Services will be performed at three locations: 6000 Mac Arthur Blvd, Bethesda, Maryland; 5900 Mac Arthur Blvd NW, Washington DC; and 2500 1st Street NW, Washington DC.
