Background The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking to procure grade 6-12 health instructional digital resources for a 9-week course in each grade, as well as a high school 0.5-credit course. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for delivering the following: 1. Digital instructional resources for grades 6-12 health education, ensuring they are COTS and fully digital. 2. Resources must be aligned with research-based best practices that facilitate student mastery of educational standards. 3. Provision of virtual professional learning opportunities for educators. 4. Industry-standard technical support for both students and teachers. 5. Accessibility compliance with Section 508 requirements, including the submission of an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). 6. Digital access codes or equivalent means for evaluators to access the resources without requiring personally identifiable information (PII). Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from August 25, 2026, to August 24, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at locations specified by the DoWEA.
