Work Details The contractor shall provide court reporting services for an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Hearing scheduled for June 24-25, 2026, under EEOC No. 430-2025-00249x. The services include: (1) Providing a certified stenographer for the entire duration of the hearing at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, ensuring access to the installation; (2) Being on-site by 8:00 a.m. EDT and remaining for the full duration of the hearing, which may extend beyond an anticipated 8 to 8.5-hour workday; (3) Producing verbatim transcripts of the hearing in specified formats; (4) Delivering one electronic PDF copy and one hardcopy to the administrative Judge within ten calendar days after adjournment, along with one PDF copy to the agency representative; (5) Attending a pre-hearing conference if required by the Administrative Judge.
