Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0031 Project Title: WWYK230170 Install MNS and Replace Heat Detectors B976 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B976 Repair by replacement the Mass Notification System and Heat Detectors within B976 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Oklahoma 73145 The estimated project value is between $1M and $5M and is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 3 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor. You must attend the Initial Site Visit (18 May 2026) for the project to be considered eligible to propose. Only 7 attendees per prime contractor will be allowed to attend site visit.
