THRO LIFT STATION Construction Project

Background

The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to assess the interest and capability of vendors for an upcoming lift station construction project at Theodore Roosevelt National Park, located in Medora, North Dakota. The existing lift station and associated infrastructure have reached the end of their useful life, necessitating this project to ensure continued service to the campground facilities. Work Details: The project involves the replacement of the existing lift station, force main, and drain field serving two comfort stations. Each comfort station includes 5 toilets, 1 urinal, 5 sinks, 2 water fountains, and 2 floor drains. The scope includes demolition and abandonment of minor components as indicated in the drawings. Notably, the abandonment of the existing drain field and removal of the existing lift station, valve vault, and force main will be performed by others. Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date provided on the Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance: The construction projects will be performed at Theodore Roosevelt National Park, located north of Medora in Billings County, North Dakota.
