Background This Sources Sought announcement is issued by the Army Contracting Command on behalf of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) for market research purposes. The goal is to identify interested and capable sources, particularly small business concerns, to provide comprehensive Gate Maintenance Services. The installation requires reliable maintenance services for automated gates and barrier systems to ensure continuous security and safety of the facility. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform preventive maintenance (PM), non-emergency repairs, and on-call emergency repair services for thirteen (13) automated gate systems. Key requirements include: 1) Maximize Operational Uptime by ensuring all perimeter and access control gates remain fully functional through proactive scheduled preventative maintenance; 2) Establish reliable emergency repair services to minimize security vulnerabilities during unexpected equipment failures; 3) Ensure all maintenance, parts, and repairs meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and industry safety standards. Supported systems include gate operators and control systems manufactured by HySecurity, LiftMaster, and FAAC integrated with the AMAG Technology access control platform. Specific technical requirements, maintenance schedules, response times, and performance standards are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
