Background The Government requires Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) services to support SOCNORTH at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. The goal of this contract is to design, develop, and implement a wireless network solution that meets NSA compliance and other federal security standards. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. Work Details The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The project will be executed in three phases: 1. **Study and Design (CLIN 0001)**: Conduct a pre-onsite assessment, perform wireless site surveys, and deliver High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation. 2. **Equipment Procurement and Installation (CLIN 0002)**: Procure, install, configure, and test the required equipment based on the approved designs. 3. **Testing and Validation (CLIN 0003)**: Conduct testing to ensure compliance with performance outcomes, including end-to-end connectivity for SIPRNet and NIPRNet, signal coverage metrics, and security compliance. 4. **Final Documentation (CLIN 0004)**: Provide final documentation including updated wireless heatmaps, equipment configurations, as-built documentation, and testing reports. The contractor must also provide project management support throughout the project duration, including regular progress reports and conducting a kick-off meeting with government stakeholders.
