Awnings (Supply and Install)

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply and installation of awnings. The goal of this contract is to establish a purchase order with a vendor who can meet the specified requirements for awnings, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing retractable awnings, which include: - 2 units of retractable awnings featuring 8 wall brackets - RFMO motor - Large hand crank - Smartcase - Smartdrop The vendor must also provide installation labor. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the bid invitation. The vendor shall supply all necessary labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits required to perform the services described.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within 45 business days from the award date.

Place of Performance

The delivery and installation will take place at the Epping Liquor Store located at 5 Brickyard Sq, Epping, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be duly registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State of New Hampshire vendors. Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Vendors are required to submit proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to performing any services for the State. Additionally, all employees or approved subcontractors accessing state records must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
