Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of a Dough Bread Moulder. This contract aims to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified equipment to support its operational needs.

Work Details

The contract involves providing the following items: 1. **Dough Bread Moulder** - Dough Tech Model No. AM435, floor model, with a dough capacity of 64 oz, adjustable roller gap from 1/16" to 3/4", variable speed controls, open frame design, removable moulding attachment, includes: - (1) 24" long moulding plate (specify width) - (1) curling chain (specify heavy or light) - Removable FDA conveyor belt - Removable roller scrapers - Stick-resistant rollers - Stainless steel catch tray - Stainless steel construction - 1 HP motor - Set of (4) locking casters - Electrical specifications: 120v/60/1-ph, 7.2 amps, cETLus, Ell-Sanitation. 2. **Warranty**: 1 year parts and labor warranty included. 3. **Moulding Plates**: - AM2418 Moulding Plate, stainless steel, 24" x 18" (1 each) - AM2406 Moulding Plate, stainless steel, 24" x 6" (1 each) 4. **Heavy Curling Chain**: AM24CCH for dough pieces over 16 oz (1 each).

Period of Performance

Delivery of the items is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

The delivery location is Concord NH Prison, located at 281 North Main Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award.
