FY27 Sports Medicine Supplies

Background

The University of Massachusetts (UMass) is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of Athletics Sports Medicine Supplies. The goal of this contract is to secure qualified suppliers who can provide the necessary products and services to meet the needs of UMass's athletic programs across its various campuses. The Unified Procurement Services Team, based in Shrewsbury, MA, is overseeing this procurement process.

Work Details

Suppliers are expected to provide a range of sports medicine supplies as detailed in Attachment G - Scope of Services/Work. This includes items necessary for athletic training and medical care for student-athletes. Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last through the fiscal year 2027. Specific timelines for delivery and service completion will be outlined in the bid documents.

Place of Performance

The supplies will be delivered to various UMass campuses, including Amherst, Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, and Worcester. Exact delivery locations will be specified in the awarded contract.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific prerequisites including submission of a Consent Declaration, State Tax Compliance Affidavit, Certification of Non-Collusion, Proposer Representation Form, and Supplier Record Authorization. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate their capacity to meet insurance requirements as outlined in Attachment J.
