Background

The Town of Stafford, Connecticut, is seeking qualified contractors to perform abatement services for the former Earl M. Witt School located at 20 Hyde Park Road. The goal of this contract is to safely remove hazardous materials from the school building as part of the town's efforts to manage public safety and environmental health.

Work Details

Contractors will be responsible for the complete abatement of hazardous materials within the former Earl M. Witt School. This includes but is not limited to the identification, removal, and proper disposal of asbestos and other hazardous substances in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The work must be performed in a manner that ensures safety for workers and the surrounding community.
