Submission of Unpriced Proposals for Educational Services

The DeSoto County School District is seeking unpriced proposals for the procurement of copy paper. Work Details

The contract involves providing 11,984 cases of copy paper that must meet the following specifications: - White, 20#, 8 ½ x 11 inches - 500 sheets per ream - 10 reams per case The paper must be USA manufactured and not recycled. Delivery is required to individual school locations as specified in the attached list. The district reserves the right to order half of each location’s order in August 2026 and the remaining half in January 2027 at the original bid price. Each school will issue its own Purchase Orders for their respective orders, including a separate Purchase Order for Special Education Department needs.

Period of Performance

The contract period spans from May 8, 2026, when unpriced proposals are due, through January 2027 for delivery of the second half of orders.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of general liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million and workers’ compensation insurance coverage of at least $500,000 per occurrence. Additionally, vendors must complete a W-9 form and may need to submit a New Vendor Packet if they have not previously worked with DeSoto County Schools.
