TSU Portable toilet rental 2026

Background

Tarleton State University is seeking to establish agreements with a pool of vendors to provide portable toilet services. The goal is to supplement the University's current vendor pool for these services, which will be utilized on an as-needed basis to support university operations and events. There is no guarantee of minimum volume or expenditure under any resulting agreement.

Work Details

The contract involves providing portable toilet services, including delivery and removal. Vendors must ensure that the toilets are clean, in good repair, and stocked with two new rolls of toilet paper for each event. A designated Tarleton employee will inform the vendor of the required number of portable toilets and the expected placement/removal dates and times. The vendor must replace any unit deemed unsatisfactory by inspection before each event. Pricing must include all services, and vendors should offer discount prices for longer rental terms as well as volume discounts for multiple facility rentals.

Period of Performance

The initial contract term is for one calendar year, with an option to renew for up to four additional years. Any price increases during the renewal period shall not exceed three percent annually.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations within Tarleton State University as needed for events.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit a written request for any proposed price increases, which must include detailed justification and receive prior written approval from Tarleton State University.
