Sod Purchase and Delivery

The City of Broken Arrow is seeking vendors to provide the purchase and delivery of sod. The scope of work includes: Supplying sod as specified in the solicitation Delivering sod to the designated locations, as required Ensuring all products and services meet the outlined specifications This solicitation is issued by the City of Broken Arrow. The contract is established to secure reliable sources for sod supply and delivery, with the option for the City to award agreements to multiple vendors. Vendors must adhere to the following contract requirements: Pricing must be submitted on a per-square-foot basis, as detailed in the bid submission All sod supplied and/or delivered must comply with the specifications provided in the solicitation Instructions for submission are included in the solicitation documents. Vendors should ensure all pricing and required information is accurately completed as part of their bid. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to award contracts to more than one vendor as part of this agreement.
