The work will be performed at various locations throughout the City of New Haven. The contractor must ensure that the services provided meet the standards set forth in the solicitation documents, including adherence to general conditions and construction standards as outlined on the City's website.

Period of Performance

The term of the contract is one (1) year with two (2) one-year renewal options, all at the sole discretion of the City.

The contract will be performed at various locations within the City of New Haven.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a statement of qualifications, including experience in similar projects and details about their organization and equipment available for this work. Bidders are required to comply with local preference policies, including efforts to recruit New Haven residents for any new positions created as a result of this contract. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet a 25% goal for utilizing minority and women-owned small businesses (MBE/WBE) in their project.
