On-Call Planning Services

Background

The City of Stockbridge is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services on an on-call, as-needed basis. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the City has access to necessary planning expertise without guaranteeing a minimum amount of work. This initiative aligns with the City's mission to enhance community development and urban planning.

Work Details

The selected contractor will provide professional planning services authorized on a task-order basis at the City's discretion. Services may include but are not limited to: urban planning, zoning analysis, land use studies, and community engagement strategies. Each task order will require a written scope of services, project schedule, negotiated fee proposal (either lump sum or time-and-materials), and a not-to-exceed amount. The City anticipates issuing approximately three task orders annually; however, no minimum work is guaranteed.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and will remain in effect for an initial term with options for renewal for four additional twelve-month terms at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the City of Stockbridge, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. They must also maintain necessary licenses and permits required for service delivery. The Service Provider shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant based on race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
