The contract includes the following services: 1. Janitorial Services at 140 Staples Dr., Park Hills, MO (19,145 sq. ft.) 2. Janitorial Services at 403 Parkway Dr., Suite A, Park Hills, MO (5,430 sq. ft.) 3. Interior Window Cleaning (1 line item) 4. Exterior Window Cleaning (1 line item) 5. Hard Surface Floors - Strip and Wax (1 sq. ft.) 6. Hard Surface Floors - Newly Laid Flooring Sealing (1 sq. ft.) 7. Hard Surface Floors - Scrub and Wash (1 sq. ft.) 8. Deep Carpet Cleaning (1 sq. ft.) 9. Construction Clean-Up - Final (1 sq. ft.) 10. Construction Clean-Up - Ongoing (1 sq. ft.) 11. Brushing and Spot Cleaning of Fabric Furniture (1 piece) 12. Final Clean (1 sq. ft.) 13. Additional Janitorial Personnel (1 hour) 14. Additional Paper Towel Rolls (1 case) 15. Additional Tri-Fold Paper Towels (1 case) 16. Additional Toilet Paper (1 case) 17. Paper Towel Dispenser (1 each) 18. Toilet Paper Dispenser (1 each) 19. Soap Dispenser (1 each) 20. High Touch Disinfecting (1 hour).

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will continue until the completion of services as specified in the RFQ, with an expected close date for bids on May 25, 2026.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at two locations in Park Hills, Missouri: - 140 Staples Dr., Park Hills, MO - 403 Parkway Dr., Suite A, Park Hills, MO.
