Background The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Groton office is seeking to procure instructor-based training services for the Advanced Management Program (AMP) to support the Navy Supply Corps School (NSCS) located in Newport, RI. The contract aims to develop and teach a leadership course that prepares mid-career and senior professionals within the Department of the Navy to navigate complex global challenges and drive innovation. This initiative aligns with the strategic goals of both the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and the Department of War (DoW). Work Details The contractor will deliver a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance strategic leadership capabilities among participants. Key tasks include: 1. Developing and teaching the AMP curriculum that focuses on strategic enterprise leadership. 2. Equipping participants with analytical frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities. 3. Teaching data analytics and emerging technologies for diagnosing organizational challenges and driving informed decisions. 4. Facilitating understanding of organizational change principles to lead high-performing teams effectively. The program's mission is to cultivate agile leaders who can transform challenges into opportunities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Period of Performance The contract will have a five-year ordering period, with performance expected from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2031.
