Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise the requirements of the proposed action before the release of any associated solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing Vein Visualization Systems to the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. .......... Please review the attached Statement of Work. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Feedback or suggestions are welcome. .......... For market research purposes, all responses to this notice will be reviewed, regardless of business size or socioeconomic category. Review of responses to this notice will support later refinement/determination of set-aside requirements, if a solicitation becomes available. ..........
