Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing Vein Visualization Systems to the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. Vein visualization technology uses near-infrared light to project an image of the patient's veins onto their skin, making it easier for healthcare professionals to locate and access veins, especially in patients with difficult venous access. This system is intended to support various clinical activities, including blood draws, IV insertions, and other medical procedures requiring venipuncture. Work Details The Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center seeks to acquire four vein visualization systems with hands-free, powered goose-neck wheeled stands. This is a brand name or equal requirement.
