Due to construction and renovations, the William S. Middleton VA Hospital s current signage/wayfinding system is approximately all Creative Sign Services, Inc. systems. Furthermore, once a component system from a manufacturer is selected, it should become the standard for the facility. Under FAR Subpart 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow on to an order already issued. Creative Sign Services, Inc. will continue to use its systems and supplies to provide materials, inspection, maintenance, and installation services to keep the William S. Middleton VA Hospital, Madison, WI wayfinding signage functional and up to date. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 8.404. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS Code is 339950. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
