Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) is seeking to establish a contract for Maintenance and Repair Service for Philips Medical Imaging Equipment at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous operational capability of critical medical imaging equipment used in the delivery of care to veterans. Philips North America LLC is identified as the sole provider for these specialized services within the United States, given their role as the developer of the equipment. Work Details The contractor will provide a Full-Service Plan/Agreement that includes: 1. 24-hour vendor support. 2. Necessary parts for service. 3. Software upgrades and new software versions. 4. On-site corrective and preventative maintenance services. The contractor must ensure that all services are performed by manufacturer-trained technicians with current factory training on each specific device. Compliance with OEM, VA, Federal, and regulatory requirements is mandatory. Key tasks include: 1. Providing evidence of equipment standards and final device performance testing. 2. Ensuring safety inspections comply with applicable regulations. 3. Maintaining a minimum equipment uptime of 95% for each covered asset. 4. Performing all planned/preventive maintenance within established timeframes. 5. Providing detailed service documentation within 48 hours after any maintenance event. 6. Responding to service calls within one business day and providing remote diagnostic support compliant with VA cybersecurity requirements.
