Background The USDA/US Forest Service is issuing this solicitation for Fly-Tent Sunscreens as part of their Incident Procurement Operations. The goal of this contract is to procure commercial items that will support the agency's mission in managing and responding to incidents effectively. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of Fly-Tent Sunscreens with the following specifications: - Size: 20’ x 20’ - Material: 80% black sunscreen shade cloth mesh fabric - Grommets: #5.5 grommets spaced every 2 feet on all four sides - Accessories: Each sunscreen must include 10 guy ropes and 1 dowel with 2 holes per rope. - Guy Rope Specifications: Neocord, 25’ long, ¼” thick cord. - Dowel Specifications: 1” round, 4” long with two holes spaced 7/6” wide and 2” apart. - Packaging: Each unit should be packaged in a regular slotted RSC carton measuring 23”x19”x10”.
