Background

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) of the State of Minnesota is seeking bids for janitorial services at the Bemidji Wildlife Research Office. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for the office, supporting the DNR's mission to manage and protect Minnesota's natural resources.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services: - Weekly cleaning services - Annual window washing - Annual carpet cleaning The work must include all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to complete these tasks effectively.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a two-year period from July 1st, 2026, through June 30th, 2028.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Minnesota DNR Bemidji Wildlife Research Office located in Beltrami County/Bemidji, MN.
