The St. Helena Parish Police Jury is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. The selected firm(s) will help establish pre-event standby contracts to support the Parish in Response, Logistics, and/or Recovery efforts following natural or man-made disasters. These services include, but are not limited to: - Monitoring disaster debris removal operations - Assisting with logistics and coordination during disaster response - Supporting recovery activities post-disaster The solicitation is issued by the St. Helena Parish Police Jury. This contract aims to ensure the Parish is prepared to efficiently manage debris monitoring in the event of a disaster. The pre-event standby contracts will enable rapid mobilization and effective oversight of debris removal operations. Contract requirements include: - Firms must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in disaster response - Firms must provide five (5) government references - Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
