Work Details

The contractor will provide various lawn maintenance materials including: 1. Common Bermuda Sod - Estimated 100,000 square feet per year, priced per square foot. 2. Bermuda Sprigs - Estimated 1,000 to 2,000 bushels per year, priced per bushel. 3. Rolled Sod with Netting Installed (42” Wide) - Pricing options for plant only, delivered, delivered & installed, and pinning options. 4. Seeding Materials - Various types including hulled and unhulled Bermuda grass, Fescue, and Love grass, priced per pound. 5. Futerra Erosion Control/Revegetation Blanket or Equivalent - Pricing for 40" and 82" rolls in green and natural wood colors. 6. Staples for securing materials to the ground - priced per box of 1000. 7. Mark-It Blue Dye (32oz) - Non-toxic colorant for application patterns. 8. Hydroseeding services with specific requirements for warm and cool season mixes. 9. Erosion control materials including blankets, silt fences, straw wattles, hydraulic mulch with tackifier, turf reinforcement mats (TRM), geotextiles, and geo grids.

Period of Performance

The contract period will be from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
