The City of Richland is seeking proposals for the development of a Wayfinding Master Plan with a primary focus on the Central Business District (CBD) and multimodal transportation. The scope of work will also include options for citywide implementation.

The Wayfinding Master Plan aims to enhance navigation and accessibility within the Central Business District and throughout the city, supporting various modes of transportation.

Contract Requirements

The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related federal regulations, ensures that disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will have full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. The City also complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), committing to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in all programs and activities.
