Background

Work Details

The contractor will provide a variety of products including: 1. Diploma Inserts: 8 1/2 x 11 inches, panoramic with school crest and two foil colors, vellum bristle #80, one ink color (black), raised lettering with school name for seven schools. 2. Diploma Covers: Plates for diploma covers ordered on an as-needed basis by each campus. 3. Padded Diploma Covers: One color foil with gold or silver lettering and school name; includes etching of school inside cover. 4. Diplomas: Facsimile signatures for all high schools; etching design for diplomas. 5. Diploma Envelopes: 10-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches in off-white or white. 6. Honor Cords: Various styles including one color thick cord, two color woven together thick cord, and two separate color cords. 7. Medals: Custom gold plated medals for Olympiad winners and top 5% students in various grades with engraving options. 8. Plaques: For valedictorians/salutatorians with customizable features. 9. Jackets: Student award jackets with specific design requirements including material specifications and embroidery details.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by August 4, 2026, coinciding with the tentative board approval date.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at various campuses within the Brownsville Independent School District located in Brownsville, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
