Customized travel mugs (16oz in assorted colors) - percentage discount required. 5. Customized thermos (16oz stainless steel) - percentage discount required. 6. Customized apparel - percentage discount required. 7. Awards including medals, trophies, pins, ribbons for perfect attendance, exemplary attendance K-5th grade, A-B honor roll awards, A honor roll awards, academic achievement awards - percentage discount required. 8. Recycling of trophies - percentage discount required. 9. Percentage discount from the latest catalog or price list on Achievement Awards & Incentives.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins upon award and extends through the school year with specific timelines for product delivery as needed.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed in Brownsville, Texas, with shipping to specified addresses within the district.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit required documents including Form 1295 signed and references from school district or governmental clients. Bidders are also expected to provide a link to their catalog/price list.
