The goal of this contract is to facilitate the necessary modifications and installations to enhance the functionality of the greenhouse facility. Work Details The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the following tasks: 1. Removal and Disposal: Remove and properly dispose of the existing double-bowl utility sink. 2. Installation of New Utility Sink: Install one (1) single-bowl utility sink with all required sink drain plumbing tied into existing drain line and hot/cold supply water piping routed to new sink configuration. 3. Washer and Dryer Service Infrastructure: Install all infrastructure required to support one (1) stacked washer and dryer set including: - Dryer Venting: Install new dryer exhaust vent piping from the unit location to the exterior wall with an exterior weatherproof vent cover; core drill one vent hole. - Electrical Work: Install one (1) 230VAC, 1-phase electrical circuit for the dryer originating from the existing electrical panel; provide necessary breakers, conduit, fittings, and wiring compliant with NEC standards. - Plumbing for Washer: Install a 2" plumbing drain washer box tied into the existing sink drain line; install ½" PEX hot and cold supply lines routed to the washer box. 4. Water Heater Installation: Install one (1) 120VAC, 1-phase, 6-gallon tank-type water heater with all plumbing and electrical connections. 5. Structural Modifications: Demolish cinder block wall as needed to access existing drain line. 6. Washer & Dryer Installation: Install customer-provided Samsung front-load washer and dryer; provide stacking attachment kit; ensure units are leveled, secured, and fully functional.
