Work Requested

The County of Stanislaus is seeking qualified and experienced Environmental Consultants, including subcontractors, to provide comprehensive environmental review services for its Planning & Community Development department. The scope of work includes: - Full environmental review services in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). - NEPA services will focus on federal U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded infrastructure and housing projects. - Preparation of joint CEQA and NEPA environmental assessments for federally funded projects, as required. - Support for complex land use entitlement application projects and projects requiring special studies. - Preparation of documents such as Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports (EIR), Addendums, or Supplements. - Specialized studies, which may include (but are not limited to): Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT), Greenhouse Gases, Noise, and Health Risk Assessments.
