Background

The County operates a general fund budget exceeding $100 million and is governed by an 11-member council. The purpose of this contract is to secure bids from qualified haulers for the rental of dumpster containers and associated services for several Richland County facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide rental of new or like-new dumpster containers along with pick-up services. This includes all labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary for proper disposal and/or processing of waste materials. The contractor must ensure that all services meet the required level of service as specified by Richland County.

Period of Performance

The project is set to be released on May 8, 2026, with a question submission deadline on May 26, 2026. Responses must be submitted by June 8, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various facilities located within Richland County, South Carolina.
