Stadium Parking Lot Paving Project

The North Pike School District is requesting bids for comprehensive asphalt paving and striping services for its Stadium Parking Lot and the North Pike Junior High School facility located at 2034 Hwy 44NE, Summit, MS 39666. The scope of work includes: Asphalt paving of designated parking areas Application of parking lot striping as specified This solicitation is issued by the Board of Trustees of the North Pike School District. The contract is part of the North Pike School District Parking Lot Paving Project, with the goal of improving parking facilities at the specified school locations. To be eligible, bidders must demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. All paper bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and telephone number, and must comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and laws. Site visits are encouraged and can be arranged by appointment with the official point of contact listed in the RFP. It is the responsibility of each respondent to schedule and conduct site visits as needed to fully understand the project requirements and existing site conditions.
