Background

The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide one (1) 2026 or newer Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew Cab Truck or a County approved equivalent with outfitting. This procurement is part of the County's efforts to maintain and enhance its fleet for operational efficiency. Work Details

The contractor will provide: 1. Base Vehicle Specifications: - Model: 2026 or Newer/Unused Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew Cab Truck or County Approved Equivalent - Powertrain: 3.5 V6 EcoBoost Engine or equivalent with 4x4 Drive

Short Bed (66-70 Inches) or Standard Bed (78-79.44 Inches)

White Only

Interior Color

Black or Dark Gray Only - Tonneau Pickup Box Cover – Retractable

Tow/Haul Package

- Bedliner – Tough Bed® Spray-In or equal - Compliance with Federal and California emissions standards - Three (3) programmed keys ready for use. 2. Outfitting Requirements: - Emergency Vehicle Lights including handheld light/siren controller, speaker, front and rear lightbars, headlight LEDs, and taillight LEDs with specific models listed for each item. Installation details will be determined in consultation with County staff prior to installation.

Period of Performance

The delivery of the outfitted vehicle must occur no later than September 18, 2026, with an actual delivery date provided within thirty (30) days after receipt of the purchase order.

Place of Performance

Delivery location is specified as County of San Diego, DGS Fleet Services, 5610 Overland Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with various requirements including submission of completed forms such as Proposal Cover Page (PC600P), Representations and Certifications form (PC601), Small-Local Business Self-Certification Form (PC610), and Nondisclosure Indemnification Agreement (PC620).
