Background This solicitation is issued by the United States Air Force for the rental of an 8-Station Shower Trailer at Randolph Air Force Base. Work Details The contractor shall deliver one (1) 8-Station Shower Trailer with a door or wall separation, allowing for clear designation of separate male and female shower areas. The trailer must be equipped with all related showers and electrical components in good working order. The contractor is responsible for: - Delivering the trailer to the designated area. - Performing necessary repairs to ensure the trailer is reliably operational. - Cleaning the trailer two (2) times weekly. - Servicing/pumping wastewater twice (2) weekly. - Providing all supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary for the rental of the shower trailer. - Submitting a detailed technical plan that includes delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal processes, along with a timeline for completion by May 21, 2026. Period of Performance The contract will be performed within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), with specific tasks scheduled throughout the contract period.
