Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking sources that can provide RADFORMATION Software Subscription in accordance with Request for Information (RFI) 36C26226Q0752. Work Details The contractor will provide a RADFORMATION Software subscription, which includes the following components: 1. AutoContour Radiotherapy Automated Contouring Software - 1-year subscription, quantity: 2 2. ChartCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Evaluation Software - 1-year subscription, quantity: 2 3. ClearCalc Secondary Calculation Software - 1-year subscription, quantity: 2 4. ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software - 1-year subscription, quantity: 2 The salient characteristics of the software include essential physical, functional, or performance characteristics such as seamless integration with Eclipse for evaluating dose constraints, automating documentation/reporting, and providing various plan and chart checks. Features include structure checks for detecting issues like stray pixels and slice gaps; prescription and chart checks comparing Eclipse plans with ARIA prescriptions; plan checks verifying over 60 plan metrics; collision checks predicting potential risks based on linac models; and compatibility with TPS Eclipse and Varian ARIA record and verify systems. The software must ensure patient safety by verifying treatment planning and delivery accuracy.
