The project magnitude is estimated between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. Key tasks include: - Daily inspections to ensure safety requirements are met. - Submission of an Accident Prevention Plan including various safety forms such as ENG Form 6206 (Activity Hazard Analysis), ENG Form 6292 (Site-Specific Safety & Occupational Health Plan Worksheet), ENG Form 6293 (Accident Prevention Plan Worksheet), and ENG Form 6282 (Site Safety and Health Officer Designation Letter). - Development of a Dive Plan addressing safety protocols for diving operations. - Erection and maintenance of safety signs at designated locations. - Construction of a Project Sign identifying the work with the Corps of Engineers. - Provision of two means of escape for personnel on floating plants.
