Wage Determination Number 2015-5191, Revision Number 29 (dated 03 December 2025) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Wage Determination Number 2015-5191, Revision 30 (dated 30 March 2026. The primary requirement outlined in the Statement of Work involves the comprehensive paint restoration of two static display aircraft --an Avro Vulcan and a KC-97 --located at the Barksdale Global Power Museum. The central objectives of this mission are to apply new paint and conduct minor repairs to stabilize the airframes, specifically targeting the mitigation of water intrusion and subsequent corrosion.
